Renewal Information

Third-Party Warranty Companies renew each year on the anniversary of their original commission certification date. Renewal notices are sent to the last known address 60 and 30 days prior to a certification’s expiration. Renewals are accepted with the proper form, signature and $300 filing fee. Renewals filed late are accepted up to 60 days post expiration, if accompanied by an additional $300 late filing fee.
