Renewal Information

Third-Party Inspectors renew each year on the anniversary of their original commission certification date (the date that training was successfully completed). Renewal notices are sent to the last known address 60 and 30 days prior to a certification’s expiration. Renewals are accepted with the proper form, attestations, signature and $50 filing fee. Renewals filed late are accepted up to 60 days post expiration, if accompanied by an additional $50 late filing fee.
